I finally got to watch The Biggest Loser: Couples season finale on DVR last night. So glad to see that Ali Vincent won!Not only was Ali the first woman to win in the show's five seasons--she was like me in many ways, and therefore even more of an inspiration to me. She's close to my age (she's 32, I'm 31). Her starting weight was almost the same as mine (she was 234, I was 238). She used to compete as a swimmer, as did I.
And now look at her! She lost 122 pounds and at least appears to be incredibly fit. Sure, she worked out 8 to 10 hours a day for the last five months--which most regular folks can't possibly do and still make a living. Nonetheless, she looks fantastic--and I can, too. It's just going to take me longer to get there.

I agree she looks great and she did great but I have a problem. Those of out here watching and devote 8 hours to working out. The weight loss each week is to high to be healthy and sustanable. If you pull up her stats on the Biggest Loser Club she is too low and needs to gain little to be healthy. Going back to her real life is going to be hard, she is going to gain some...I hope they prepare them for that.

Oh man! I missed the show. I like seeing all the people who were voted off, and what they look like now. I'm glad Ali won. She looks great!
i always watch a few episodes and then TIVO the last one so I can fast forward and see the ending.
