We knew it was coming. The dreaded weight-loss plateau. Last week, we didn't do so hot. This week, still not hot. As I explained in our last post, we know why we're not seeing great numbers on the scale, and we know what has to change. Now, it's just a matter of doing it--which we will.
Jay
Starting weight: 301 pounds
Current weight: 264 pounds
Pounds lost this week: +1 pound
Total pounds lost: 37 pounds
Susan
Starting weight: 238 pounds
Current weight: 209 pounds
Pounds lost this week: 1 pound
Total pounds lost: 29 pounds
Personally, I'm getting excited about breaking the 200-pound barrier soon. Could I do it by the end of April? Maybe, if I work really, really hard. I'd love to be in the 100s to greet the summer.

Hey, that's not bad at all! The fact you lost a pound after our trip is great.
I think you guys are awesome! Have you thought of measuring yourselves? Because seriously, even if you aren't losing the pounds, I think you have to be losing inches because Sue, you look great! (I'm sure Jay does, too, but I haven't seen him!)
Just a thought to help keep you inspired when the lbs aren't necessarily coming off the scale.
