After last week's post-vacation weigh-in, we really hoped to do better this time. At least we both lost something! And as a couple, we've passed the 75-pound loss mark. Not too shabby.
I know I could have exercised more, but I did eat pretty well. Mr. was feeling a bit discouraged after last week's 1-pound gain, but he stuck to our guiding principles for the most part. Sometimes, success is just hanging in there. This week, I plan to kick back into Pilates gear for more weight loss.

I had to stop by and comment tonight. I started reading your blog after you posted for The ELFF Diet blog. You are close to me in Ohio. I live in Lima.
I am so proud of both of you! You are doing so well. What an inspiration. I have a young son too, and I see so many similarities between us. So keep up the good work.
Congrats. Still doing well then. I too lost a 0.5 this week 0.5 of an inch around my middle!
