The good news is, we're no fatter than we were last week. But we're not exactly skinnier, either.Maybe it's all those muscles we're building? Jay, for sure. He's getting his butt whooped by his new personal trainer--could barely walk for a few days last week. I bet his new muscles weigh at least 5 lbs already!
Me, I have been working out as usual, but it was my birthday. (The picture here is of me and Mr. at my family bday gathering. My Aunt Bonnie is a pretty good photographer, eh?) I think I might've done a bit too much celebratory eating and drinking.

Jay, just keep in mind that if you can't walk, you can't walk to the fridge! It's a small silver lining!
You guys are doing great and I really do think it's muscle because you both looked thinner when I saw you Monday.
The muscle weighs more than fat business is just plain cruel if you ask me.
