I guess those muscles that Mr. is building must weigh a lot, because he went another week without losing on the scale. It's hard to believe, because he's really been working hard for the personal trainer (and even in between at home). He also seems to be eating pretty well, too. Hmm.
I'm pleased but also a little surprised at my loss this week. Sure, I stuck to the plan last week--but over the weekend, I went to Nashville and indulged a bit. Also, I missed several workouts in a row. Well, I'm not going to complain. A pound is a pound! I do intend to be more disciplined this week, especially since I have no travel plans or anything that can significantly throw me off course (that I know of!)

Next week, look for Mr. to drop some pounds. I'm sure it's going to happen!

I firmly believe in that muscle business Mr. so don't despair.
That's why I like measurements just as much as the scale. I can feel it in my clothes sooner than the scale can.
Keep it up - you're both doing great!
Did you guys do measurements when you started? Since he is working out more/better then he will probably see it better in those numbers than on the scale.
You guys are so inspiring. That is great Susan about the pound, especially after our trip to the pancake house.....
