It may be raining ice outside -- preventing us from going to work or anywhere else -- but we weighed in, dammit! After skipping last week due to Mr. being out of town (again) and Mrs. lacking the courage to do it alone, we are back on the scale and ready to face the music.Jay

I like this weigh-in, not only because I lost a pound (yay!), but also because we're at that nice, even 100-pound loss mark. Maybe it's the Adrian Monk in me, but I like a perfect number. And I also love being able to tell people, "My husband and I have lost 100 pounds!" and not just be rounding up.
Mr. is not pleased with his continued plateau (he's been hovering around this weight for a while now) but I'm at least happy that he isn't gaining. He wants to concentrate more on nutrition, avoiding large quantities of foods that are more fun than fuel. And even though there's no way we're going anywhere today, we can always exercise at home. A sure way to get more pounds off and not go too stir-crazy!
P.S. The picture here is of our daughter swinging in the snow yesterday. Today, I think it'll be an "inside day." Thank God for Noggin!

Congratulations on the two of you hitting the 100 pound mark! I just realized in reading your post that my husband and I together have lost just over 100 pounds too! Wow!
You know what makes me happy? Charts and graphs. I'd like to see your weight loss charted over the past year. Then you could see if there were any seasonal trends or the like. Congrats on your continued loss!
Congrats on the loss, and no gain is awesome news for Jay too
Yay for the 100 pounds! Your daughter looks so cute out there. Me - no way. I will not be going outside until May. :)
