When a woman gets on the scale during her 24th week of pregnancy, all she can hope for is not to have gained. Fortunately, I had something to smile about this time. No gain, stayed the same.

You may be wondering about the question marks on Mr.'s weigh-in numbers. Well, that's due to Mr.'s refusal to face the scale this week. He says he's not going to weigh in again until he starts exercising, and he's not sure when that will be. I will continue gently encouraging him to get fit -- I'm not giving up!
My favorite cravings recently have been for fruit. Can't get enough of the fresh, juicy stuff. Strawberries, blueberries, grapes, oranges, pomegranates, you name it! Glad my body actually pushes me toward healthy choices instead of ice cream all the time (though there's been some of that, too).

So glad it's fruit season. I love melon of all colors, and so do my kids. Just yesterday I came home with a pineapple, a water melon, and a honeydew. They'll be gone in a matter of days.
My weight did the same thing during pregnancy-I would stay the same for weeks or a month, then BAM! 5 or 10 lbs. would show up. Mostly it happened right after Halloween. Coincidence? I think not. ;-)
Good for you. It must feel great to be so on top of things during your pregnancy. I'm expecting a grandson just about when your little one is due. Much easier on the scale numbers to "expect" that generation! I sympathize with Mr. I know if I'm not getting on the scale it's bad news and I don't like to face it. Keep encouraging him, though--you've both done so well.
I totally understand what "Mr." is going through. I'm chalking it up to End of Winter Can't Come Fast Enough syndrome. You're just sick of the whole crappy weather, stuck in the house thing and not watching your diet is something you figure you can let slip for awhile. (Of course we'll all pay for it later.)
