It's funny how I still get a little excited when I step on the scale each week, like I did when I was in full weight-loss mode and hoping like hell I went down a pound or two. What do I have to look forward to? Now that I'm into my third trimester of pregnancy, all I can hope for is no gain. Or maybe not too bad of a gain.

Well, I guess 1 pound isn't too bad. I can live with that. I'm still (barely) under the 200 mark -- at home, anyway. The doctor's scale always says I'm several pounds heavier, but I refuse to believe it.

As a stats geek I can tell you this - when you measure use one device and always use that device as only that device can measure the changes correctly. That or calibrate everything to a standard... and that is just fuss.
Keep being healthy.
