Here was something embarrassing and sad that I witnessed last week. We were at Kings Island and this mom was trying to ride a kiddie ride with her daughter (she had to ride with her or the kid wouldn't be able to ride d/t height requirements). Anyway, she couldn't fit under the harness that comes over your head.
She had to get off the ride! She really wasn't horribly overweight, but overweight. I felt SO bad for her, and for her daughter. I can only hope it inspired her to make some changes.

You look SO GREAT! Those pants in that picture look waaaay too big for you. What a fantastic reason to get and stay in shape...wish my mom had done that when we were kids. I am determined to do it for mine.
