Brad, we are more obsessed with the numbers than we should be, but are attempting to temper that with a little bit of faith. Cara, clothes are a little looser, but not dramatically yet. It is normal and natural for that to happen. If you stall out for a few weeks or longer, consider adding exercise or dropping 100 calories a day from your diet. It can be as easy as leaving 2 bites of food on your plate at each meal. (I HATE leaving food on my plate. So I will serve myself the serving I normally would, then take off 2 spoonfuls...and pack it up with the other leftovers.
